PRINTING METHODS – For this product, we have six printing methods to choose from on the Choose Your Print Step:
 

     DTF (Direct-to-Film): DTF (Direct-to-Film) provides a textured, pressed, and simple finish. Your text, numbers, and / or artwork will be heat pressed onto the fabric. We transfer heat to apply your customizations.

     Soft Metal: Soft Metal provides a textured, metallic, fade-resistant, and slightly raised finish. Your text, numbers, and / or artwork will be pressed onto the fabric. We transfer heat to apply your customizations for a metallic finish.

     Laser: Laser printing is a high-speed, high-quality digital printing process that uses a laser beam to transfer toner (a powdered ink) onto paper or other materials. The process involves several steps, where the laser creates an electrostatic image on a drum or belt, which then attracts toner. The toner is transferred onto paper and fused with heat to create a permanent, precise image or text.

     Foam: Foam is a versatile printing technique where a special foam material is used to create raised, textured designs or patterns on various surfaces, such as fabric, paper, or plastic. The process involves applying a foam layer that hardens or adheres to the surface, creating a 3D effect. This method is often used for adding texture, dimension, or special effects to printed materials.

     Flocking: Flocking provides a soft, velvety, and raised texture for a luxurious finish. Your text, numbers, or artwork will be applied to the fabric using an adhesive process, followed by the application of fine flock fibers. This technique ensures a durable and premium look that stands out with a unique, tactile feel.

     Offset: Offset delivers sharp, vibrant, and high-quality results. Your text, numbers, and / or artwork are transferred onto the fabric through a precise printing process using ink and printing plates. This method ensures a smooth, detailed, and professional finish for your customizations.
 

COMFORTABLE TO WEAR - This shirt can easily be sized accordingly for a great fit. The inner layer is made of soft fabric, gentle to the skin.
 

ROSTER AND ARTWORK: For most products, you can add your text and numbers (Roster) on the Add Names & Numbers step. You can also add your logos (Artwork) on the Customize Your Apparel step.
 

LOGO - Full-color printing is used to leave a durable, vibrant finish. Non-sticky, ingrained in the fabric print.
