5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies.
6. Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance by Sports Gear Swag. Payment may be required before production begins. We accept various payment methods through trusted third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
7. Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. 8. Custom Products
Most products sold by Sports Gear Swag are custom manufactured specifically for each customer based on approved artwork, specifications, personalization, sizes, colors, and other order details.
Because custom products are made specifically for you, orders generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after production begins except as described in our Return Policy or where required by applicable law.
9. Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, including shipping addresses, artwork, names, numbers, sizes, quantities, and customization details, is accurate before approving proofs or placing an order. Sports Gear Swag is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
10. Artwork & Customer Content
By submitting artwork, logos, names, photographs, or other content, you represent that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use that content.
You grant Sports Gear Swag a limited, non-exclusive license to use submitted materials solely for:
- Preparing proofs
- Manufacturing products
- Order fulfillment
- Customer support
Ownership of your submitted content remains with you or the applicable rights holder.
11. Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval. Proof approval confirms that you have reviewed and approved:
- Spelling
- Names
- Numbers
- Colors
- Layout
- Sizing
- Placement
- Artwork
Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
12. Production & Delivery
Estimated production and shipping times are provided for planning purposes only. Production does not begin until all required approvals and payments have been received. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
13. Shipping
Shipping is subject to the terms outlined in our Shipping Information page. Risk of loss transfers in accordance with applicable shipping terms once products are delivered to the shipping carrier.
14. Returns & Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Order Policies & Disclaimers.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, software, and other materials created by Sports Gear Swag, is owned by Sports Gear Swag or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
