Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Please ensure all information is correct and contact us immediately if any adjustments are needed.


Processing Time

All orders are fully custom and made-to-order. Production begins only after your proof (digital mockup) has been reviewed and approved. Once approved, our standard production time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the product type, design complexity, and order volume.


Please note:

  • Delivery timelines do not begin until proof approval is completed
  • Delays in proof approval will adjust the estimated delivery date
  • We recommend reviewing and approving your proof as soon as possible to avoid delays

Delivery Dates

We offer some of the fastest delivery timelines in the custom apparel industry. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and are based on production capacity and shipping method. These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Please note:

  • Delivery dates are updated regularly based on production demand and may change daily
  • Updates may occur at or around 12:00 AM CST depending on system refresh cycles
  • All delivery timelines depend on both production completion and carrier performance

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure timely delivery. For bulk or large orders, freight shipping may be used when necessary to ensure safe transport.
If a delay is caused by the shipping carrier, shipping fees may be reviewed for partial or full refund depending on the situation.


Production & Custom Orders

All items are fully custom and produced specifically for each order. Orders will not enter production until the customer has fully approved the proof. Once a proof is approved, production begins immediately and no further changes can be made. Each order is processed exactly according to the approved proof, including all names, numbers, sizes, colors, and design details.


Shipping Address (P.O. Boxes)

We recommend using a physical address for the fastest delivery. However, we can ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. Please note that delivery times may be longer depending on carrier limitations.


International Orders & Import Fees

We ship both domestically and internationally. Depending on the destination country, import duties or taxes may be charged by the shipping carrier. These fees are not included in our product pricing.


If import fees are charged:

  • Please pay the fee upon delivery
  • Email us your receipt at support@sportsgearswag.com
  • We will reimburse eligible import fees to your original payment method

Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please note that tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

After an order has shipped, it is handled directly by the shipping carrier. For tracking delays, lost packages, or delivery issues, we recommend contacting the carrier first using your tracking number. Our support team is also available to assist with coordination if needed. Please report any delivery issues within 10 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue.
