Due to the nature and process of customizing products, all of our apparel and gear is made from scratch. All customized products with or without any text, numbers, logos, or other forms of custom designs are final sale. This also includes blank designs as these are fully custom due to the process of sublimation or embroidery. Any worn, used, or damaged items cannot be returned, including without original tags or packaging. Any accepted returns are required to be returned within 15 days and fulfill the return shipping costs. We recommend using a method of shipping that includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages. Accepted returns may include restocking fees. Please allow 1 to 5 business days to process your return. This does not include shipping time to our return shipping address. If a refund is issued, the amount paid for SGS ORDER PROTECTION (if selected) will not be returned. Any concern on the order must be registered within 10 days of receiving the product. After this, no concerns will be registered. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from delivery of order. Please email us at email@example.com

If an order is incorrectly produced, we will recreate and reship your order free of charge. You may keep your initial received order as well. Please simply email us your order number, images of your order, and the reason of concern to firstname.lastname@example.org
