Due to the nature and process of customizing products, all of our apparel is made from scratch. All customized products with or without any text, numbers, logos, or other forms of custom designs are final sale. This also includes blank designs as these are fully custom due to the process of sublimation. Any accepted returns are required to fulfill the return shipping costs. All samples are final sale.

Any concern on the order must be registered within 10 days of receiving the product. After this, no concerns will be registered.

If an order is incorrectly produced, we will recreate and reship your order free of charge. You may keep your initial received order as well. Please simply email us your order number, images of your order, and the reason of concern to support@sportsgearswag.com. Our Support Representatives will respond within 24 hours.

If an order is delivered late, only the shipping fees (if any) will be refunded on a prorated basis. We fully refund the shipping fees depending on the date that your order is delivered.
