Due to the nature and process of customizing products, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges
on customized items. All customized products with any text, numbers, logos, or other forms of custom
designs are final sale and non-refundable. This also includes blank designs as these are fully custom
due to the process of sublimation. Any accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You are
required to fulfill the return shipping costs.
Any problem or complaint on the order must be registered within 10 days of receiving the product. After
this, no complaints will be registered. If an order is delivered late, only the shipping fees (if any)
will be refunded on a prorated basis. Please send us images and videos of your order to

the concern with your order. Our Support Representatives will respond within 24 hours.
